Terms of Service

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once we contact you on the phone number you provided, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders — for example where an item is out of stock or a listing contained an obvious pricing error.

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include the product only; the delivery charge for your area is shown separately at checkout.

Payment is collected by Cash on Delivery when your order arrives. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates; see Shipping & Returns for details.

Ownership of the products passes to you once the order has been delivered and paid for.

Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Product reviews must reflect your genuine experience; we moderate all reviews and may decline to publish content that is offensive, misleading, or unrelated to the product.

All content on this site — including the Muqaad name, logo, photography, and text — belongs to Muqaad and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
