Shipping & Returns

We deliver across Bangladesh. Orders inside Chattogram typically arrive within 1–2 business days; deliveries outside Chattogram usually take 2–4 business days depending on your location.

The delivery charge depends on whether you are inside or outside Chattogram. The exact charge for your area is always shown at checkout before you place your order.

Once your order ships, we'll contact you on the phone number you provided to arrange delivery. You can also view your order status at any time in My Account → Orders.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery as our payment method. Simply pay the delivery driver when your order arrives — no card needed.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for sealed, unopened products. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, email hello@muqaad.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll arrange a collection at no charge for eligible orders.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected, normally within 5 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
